‘Retainer’ Subscription

Eligibility: UNSW-affiliated organisations e.g. colleges, societies.

Description: Clients prepay a set number of hours PER TERM. This means that a single invoice will be issued quarterly, rather than for each event — simple! Packages include;

  • Includes: Photography and videography coverage of your event.

    Time: 10 hours per TERM

    Rate: $120/hour

  • Includes: Editing of all selected event photos and videos within an agreed timeframe. Recommended as an ‘Add-On’ to the Media Package.

    Time: 10 hours PER TERM

    Rate: $50/hour

  • Includes: Have a longer project? This package includes 10+ hours of media coverage and editing.

    Please discuss your project with the team to negotiate rates.

Individual Services

Eligibility: All clients.

Description: Looking for something more flexible? Purchase one (or bundle a few!) of our services to cater to your event needs. Standard rates applied.

  • Includes: Photography for your special event, including, but not limited to:

    • Corporate/socials events

    • Graduation Ceremony

    • Personal portraits

    • Performances

    • Real Estate Photography

    Rate: $150/hour

  • Includes: Videography to help you create content, such as:

    • Highlights reel

    • Advertisements

    • Social media content (IG reels, Tik-Tok)

    Rate: *Pricing varies based on the length and quality of the video. Please discuss your service needs with the team.

  • Includes: Editing of all selected event photos and videos within an agreed timeframe. Recommended as an ‘Add-On’ to photography and videography services.

  • What sets us apart is our term-based retainer model. Instead of sending a new invoice for every event, clients book coverage across the term and receive one simple consolidated invoice.

    We built this system after seeing how easily individual invoices get buried in emails, lost in approval chains, or delayed in finance systems. By streamlining bookings and billing, we reduce admin, simplify budgeting, and make it easier for teams to focus on running great events while we focus on capturing them.

  • We provide high-quality media coverage and editing services for events, campaigns, marketing materials, and social media content.

  • Edited photos and videos will be delivered within our agreed timeframe and dependent on the length/number of media. We typically aim for turn-over of within 24 hours!

  • We base our terms on the UNSW academic calendar which are typically broken up into quarters (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, Summer Term).

  • No — we provide all required equipment to shoot your event which is already included in your payment.
